Montessori / Early Years Educator
Creche Educator / Caregiver
Key Requirements
- Montessori training or relevant Early Years Education qualification.
- Experience working with young children, particularly in Creche and Nursery settings.
- Ability to provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating, and age-appropriate learning environment.
- Warm, patient, caring, and child-friendly disposition.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Creativity and ability to engage young learners through play-based and hands-on activities.
- Professional attitude, teamwork, and commitment to the care and development of children.
